Hello distraction.
You're back so soon.
I was hoping you'd give me a break,
so I could spend time with presence.
But no,
You decided to creep in again.
Fine.
Now that you're here,
I have to ask.
Where am I,
If not here?
When am I,
if not now?
Do you really want my attention that bad?
And presence,
If only you were a little easier grasp.
Or perhaps by trying to grasp I'm missing the point.
sort of like a dog chasing its tail.
What if instead,
I just noticed.
Noticed how my attention is there,
Noticed how my focus is then.
And by simply noticing,
I'm back here,
now,
with you,
presence.
